UCCS's clinical systems, one guide each
UCCS's graduate clinical process runs on a few named pieces: the preceptor you find where you live, the Clinical Site Sheet, the Affiliation Agreement and preceptor letter, the "good to go" email, and Medatrax for logs and evaluations. The guides below take them one at a time from the practicum handbooks, the catalog and the college's pages, and flag where UCCS's documents differ.

Which UCCS document settles what
The 08/2026 practicum handbooks set the working rules for each track and cohort, and the 2026-27 catalog sets credits and grades. Some older UCCS documents, including the DNP handbook, still carry the 630-hour figure, so each guide says which source it uses.
Where UCCS's public material ends, the guide names who answers, usually the Graduate Clinical Practicum Coordinator. Start with the placement process, or read the approved states first if you live outside Colorado.

Where do I get the Clinical Site Sheet?
UCCS emails it to every clinical student at the start of each semester, and students must use that semester's version. The site sheet guide explains what goes on it.
Which UCCS handbook applies to me?
The practicum handbook for your track and cohort: FNP/AGNP, or the PMHNP handbook for 630 or 770 hours. Your start term decides which hour rules you follow.
Does UCCS use Typhon?
No UCCS source mentions Typhon. Graduate students log patients and hours in Medatrax, and background checks run through CastleBranch. See Medatrax logs.
